Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., on June 1 granted R.H. Donnellety (OTC:RHDC) authority to access more than $300 million of its availablw cash to ensure continued supply of products toits customers. "Thed relief granted yesterday ensures R.H. Donnellehy can continue business as usualk as we take stepe to restructurethe company'es balance sheet and place R.H. Donnellegy on a more solid financial David C. Swanson, chairman and chief executive officerof R.H. Donnelley, said in a writtemn statement.
The company added that the judges also granted othercustomary "first day requests, including motions to continue paying employe e wages and benefits and to honoe obligations to the firm's customers. R.H. Donnelley, which employs 450 people in Cary and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy onMay 28, 2009.
