Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., on June 1 granted R.H. The company added that the judges also granted othercustomary "first day requests, including motions to continue paying employe e wages and benefits and to honoe obligations to the firm's customers. R.H. Donnelley, which employs 450 people in Cary and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy onMay 28, 2009.
